摘要
为了研究交流小型断路器触头能量损耗,建立了触头三维实体能耗仿真模型。基于实测电流数据作为施加激励,仿真计算了触头接通状态下完整周期与不完整周期的能耗值,给出了特定时刻下功率损耗密度图。将触头分断过程中的燃弧等效电阻处理,并建立了弧柱模型,给出了燃弧状态下特定时刻的功率损耗密度彩色图,计算得到触头燃弧过程能量损耗值。最后分析了仿真结果,对产品结构、材料优化提供一定的理论支持和技术支撑。
In order to study contact energy loss o f AC m in ia tu re c irc u it b re a k e r( A C -M C B ) ,a 3 -D sim ula tionm odel o f contact energy consum ption was established. The ap plied excita tion is based on measured current data. A tthe connected s ta te , com plete cycle and incom plete cycle energy consum ption values were sim ulated and c a lc u la te d ,and power loss density color map at the spe cific tim e was given. The arcing was made in to eq uivalen t resistance ofthe contacts breaking process, and the m odel o f arc colum n was setted up. The power loss density color maps ofarcing state at the spe cific tim e were given and the energy loss values o f contact breaking process were calculated. A tla s t, the sim ula tion results were a n alyzed, p ro vid in g the ore tical support and te ch n ica l support fo r product structureand m aterials op tim ization .
