摘要
介绍了智能断路器发展趋势及背景,分析了基于单片机的智能小型断路器控制模块研究和设计难点。设计了相应的硬件电路,并对电路的原理进行了说明,同时给出了各部分电路的仿真效果图。提出了电流互感器和电压互感器相结合的供电技术,提高了供电稳定性、可靠性。考虑智能小型断路器尺寸、体积的限制,应用小型电压互感器及霍尔电流传感器解决了采样问题,并最大限度地节省了器件占用体积。
The current development trend and time background on intelligent circuit breaker were introduced. The research and design difficulties on intelligent control modules for miniature circuit breaker based on mieroprogrammed control unit ( MCU ) were analyzed. On this basis, the corresponding hardware circuit was designed, and the principle of the circuit was described, and also the circuit simulation of each part was given. The power supply technology with combination of current transformer and voltage transformer was put forward which improves stability and reliability. Considering the restrictions on the size and volume of intelligent miniature circuit breaker, the application of the miniature voltage transformer and Hall current sensor solves the sampling problems and saves the volume maximumly.
