摘要 研究高速列车牵引传动系统关键设备故障机理,分析其可靠性及失效率模型,并对系统定义了"安全"、"亚安全"和"故障"三种状态,建立系统马尔科夫(Markov)状态转移模型,求解出系统可靠性随时间的变化趋势图,并对比分析不同设备在不同失效率条件下对系统可靠性的影响。对列车安全评估及维护维修具有一定的指导意义。 In this paper, the failure mechanism of the key equipment of the high-speed train traction transmis-sion system has been studied and its reliability and failure rate model has been analyzed as well. Three states of the system were defined: “safety”,“sub-safety” and “failure”. With the establishment of the Markov state transfer model of the system, the trend graphic of the system reliability that changed with time was obtained. The impacts of different equipment on the system reliability under different failure rate were compared and analyzed. The analysis will provide certain guidance to the assessment of the safety and the maintenance of the train.
