摘要 响应2012年教育部、卫生部颁布《关于实施临床医学教育综合改革的若干意见》(教高〔2012〕6号)和《关于实施卓越医生教育培养计划的意见》(教高〔2012〕7号中的关于"加快面向基层的全科医生培养"等相关精神,我校学者总结归纳全国各地开展的全科医学"3+2"培养模式,积极探索属于本校自己的"3+2"全科医学培养模式,吸取了前人的经验,对本校的全职医生人才培养模式总结的心得与实施中遇到的问题作出了如下总结。 In order to respond to the relevant spirit of accelerating the general medical practitioner education from some opinions on the implementation of clinical medical education comprehensive reform(Jiaogao [2012] No. 6) and opinions on excellent doctor education training plan(Jiaogao [2012] No. 7) issued by the ministry of education and ministry of health in 2012, the scholars in our school summarize the general medical "3+2" education mode carried out by various places in our country, actively explore the general medical "3+2" education mode belonging to our own school and make the following summaries of the experience of full-time doctor professional education mode in our school and issues in implementation.
