摘要
目的分析卡前列甲酯栓联合缩宫素治疗预防产后出血的临床效果。方法整群选取2014年5月—2015年11月该院接收360例阴道分娩患者,随机分为3组,每组120例,A组给予药患者卡前列甲酯栓,B组给予患者缩宫素,C组给予患者卡前列甲酯栓联合缩宫素组。分析3组患者的出血量、所用第三产程时间以及不良反应。结果 A组与B组在产后出血量以及第三程时间,分别为(45.3±20.6)m L、(10.6±0.6)min与(52.5±26.3)m L、(11.2±0.5)min,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),C组与A、B组相比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);A、B、C 3组患者不良反应发生率分别为2.5%、3.1%、2.5%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论给予患者使用卡前列甲酯栓联合缩宫素可以有效预防分娩者产后出血,显著降低第三产程,应用价值高。
Objective To analyze the clinical effect of Carboprost Methylate Suppositorites combined with oxytocin in the prevention of postpartum hemorrhage. Methods Group selection in our hospital from May 2014 to November 2015 receiving360 cases of vaginal delivery patients, patients were randomly divided into three groups, each group has 120 patients, group a given medicine patient card forefront of methyl suppository, group B patients were given oxytocin, group C given with carboprost methylate suppository combined with oxytocin group. The amount of bleeding, the time of the third production process and adverse reactions of the three groups were analyzed. Results Group A and Group B in the amount of postpartum bleeding, and a third trip time [given critical data], respectively（45.3±20.6） mL,（10.6±0.6） min and（52.5±26.3） mL,（11.2±0.5） min, no difference（P〉0.05）, group C and A, group B compared there with a difference（P〈0.05）; The incidence of adverse reactions in the three groups of A, B and C were 2.5%, 3.1% and 2.5%, respectively, and there was no difference（P〉0.05）. Conclusion To give patients with Carboprost Methylate Suppositorites combined oxytocin can effectively prevent postpartum hemorrhage, significantly reduce the third production process, the application of high value.
