摘要
对经典实验项目"荧光黄与亚甲基蓝的分离"进行改进和拓展,成功地将大型仪器液相色谱-飞行时间质谱联用仪(LC-TOF HRMS)用于常态化本科实验教学。介绍了改进后的实验内容、实验安排及教学方式,列举了相关案例,分析了该项举措在大型仪器教学、提高基础实验教学层次及培养学生综合能力方面所取得的效果,对下一步工作提出了看法和建议。
Through the improvement and development of the classic experiment "separation of fluorescein and methylene blue",liquid chromatography-time of flight high revolution mass spectrometry( LC-TOF HRMS) was successfully applied to normal undergraduate experimental teaching. The content,arrangement and teaching method of the improved experiment were introduced,some cases were presented,and also the effects of the experiment were analyzed in large- scale instrument teaching,improvement of the level of basic experimental teaching and training of student's comprehensive ability.At last some opinions and suggestions for future works were proposed.
