摘要
在冀东油田新井、试油井中,高温高压、大斜度井挤(注)灰封层施工中经常遇到"灰塞下沉、无灰塞、多次注灰试压不合格"等问题。而在高渗浅层封窜施工中,由于挤灰量较大,在高比重水泥浆重力作用下,压开储层"造缝",造成封窜过程中的层间窜通。针对过去两年冀东油田挤(注)灰封层施工失败原因进行深入剖析,从增加灰浆顶替效率、提高套管壁面灰塞胶结程度、改善水泥浆流动性、优化灰浆稠化时间等方面入手,探索制定出挤(注)灰封层工艺措施,从而提高一次挤(注)灰封层成功率。
In recent years,to the new wells,oil test wells in Jidong oilfield,problems such as sinking of cement,no cement plug,ash test unqualified for many times are usually encountered during operation of squeeze cement to high temperature and high pressure or high angle wells. In the high permeability of shallow sealing channeling operation,because of the large amount of squeezed ashes,under the action of the heavy gravity ratio of mud,created 'seam ' by pressured reservoir results in interlayer channeling in the process of sealing channeling. To analyze failure thoroughly for squeeze( note) cement process during the past two years,and from'increase efficiency,improve the casing wall ash mortar replace degree of consolidation,improve cement slurry flow,optimization of mortar thickening time',and other aspects,squeeze( note) cement seal process measures has been explored developed so as to improve the success rate of a squeeze( note) ash at once time.
