可取式挤灰桥塞挤封工艺技术试验与评价 被引量:2

摘要 针对吐售番采油厂采用笼统挤封一次成功率低、而采用水泥承留器挤封必须上大修且结构复杂容易造成工程事故的问题,开展了可取式挤灰桥塞挤封工艺技术攻关,形成了防卡技术、密封技木及逐级挤封等配套工艺技术,现场试验13口井,施工成功率100%,挤封一次合格率提高了30%,与水泥承留器挤封工艺相比平均单井缩短周期3.8d,节约费用近20万元,具有良好的经济效益和社会效益。 In allusion to the problems of low success rate of one time of cement squeezing and blocking in Turpan Oil Production Plant,the cement retainer should be repaired and accidence was easily induced by its complex structure,the technique of retrievable bridging plugging was researched and developed,the matching techniques of pipe-sticking prevention,sealing and squeezing step by step were established,it was used in 13 wells with success rate of 100%,the success rate of squeezing and sealing of one time was raised for 30%,compared with cement retaining technique,the average cycle is shortened for 3.8d in single well,200000 Yuan RMB is saved,it has good economic and social benefit.
