摘要
目的探究病案分组讨论教学在临床心电图带教中的应用。方法选取该校临床系2014级在校学生200名作为研究对象,根据学生入学学号将其分为传统组和讨论组,每组100名。传统组采用课堂病案分析讲解为主的教学模式,讨论组采用病案分组讨论教学模式,观察两组学生期末成绩及学生对教学模式的评价。结果传统组操作能力及病案分析能力均低于讨论组,组间对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);100名学生对该病案讨论模式的平均肯定率为92.3%。结论在临床心电图教学中应用病案分组讨论方式可增加学生对该学科自主学习意识,提升对心电图的了解与掌握,减少该学科学生期末的挂科率,有效增加临床学生对心电图的全面掌握和对疾病判断思维的培养。
Objective To study the application of medical record group discussion teaching method in the clinical electrocardiogram teaching. Methods 200 cases of school students majoring in clinic in 2014 were selected as the research objects, and divided into two groups with 100 cases in each according to the admission number, the traditional group adopted the teaching model mainly in analysis and explanation of class medical record, the discussion group adopted medical record group discussion teaching model, and the final grades and students' evaluation of teaching model of the two groups were observed. Results The operation ability and medical record analysis ability in the traditional group were lower than those in the discussion group and the comparison between groups had statistical significance, P〈0.05, the mean positive rate of 100 cases of students to medical record discussion model was 92.3%. Conclusion The application of medical record group discussion teaching method in clinical electrocardiogram teaching can increase the student's autonomous learning awareness of this discipline, improve the mastery of electrocardiogram, reduce the final failing rate of the students in this discipline and effectively enhance the clinical student's overall mastery of electrocardiogram and cultivate the disease critical thinking of them.
