摘要
采用文献资料法、观察法及逻辑分析法等,研究了网性对蹦床运动员技术能力的影响,得到的结论为:(1)蹦床运动员对着网和起网阶段运动规律的掌握是其获得网性理论的前提;(2)运动员的网性获得有利于其掌握下落着网、入网缓冲、蹬伸展体等触网阶段的技术动作;(3)运动员的网性熟练程度直接反映在飞行时间上,网性优劣的量化标准就是运动飞行时间的长短。运动员网性的培养是一个长期的过程,需要不断地积累。蹦床运动员具备了良好的力量素质和网性,就容易获得比较理想的飞行高度,从而为高质量的完成成套动作打下良好的基础。
Using literature method, observation method and logic analysis method, study the influence of network on trampoline athletes technical ability, the conclusion as follows: (1) the trampoline athletes on the web and wide stage motion control is the base of its ob- tain the net; (2) control the whereabouts athletes win web sex is conducive to the net, net net stage of technology such as buffer, legs stretched body movements; (3) proficiency in network of athletes directly reflected in the flying time, quantitative measure of sex is the length of time of flight. Athletes of network training is a long-term process, need to constantly accumulation. Trampoline athletes have good power quality and network, is easy to obtain ideal flying height, so as to lay a good foundation for the high quality of complete sets of movements.
