摘要
外国投资市场准入法律制度是一国平衡经济监管权和开放国内投资市场间最重要的砝码。各国吸引外资基本上都是以吸引外国直接投资(Foreign Direct Investment,FDI)在本国成立企业为主要目标。随着"一带一路"建设的推动和发展,位于丝绸之路沿线的中亚五国作为中国最具潜力的投资东道国,其外国投资市场准入法律制度各具特色。全面了解和比较相关法律规定,是中国投资者做出投资决策之前的必备工作。
Foreign investment admission legal system is the most important for a state to balance economic supervising and domes- tic market opening. Located along the Silk Road, five central Asian countries are China＇s most promising investment host countries; Each of them has the unique foreign investment admission legal system. It is necessary for Chinese investors to understand and compare the relevant laws and regulations comprehensively before making the investment decisions.
