摘要
少数民族文化体内缄默知识的存在具有客观性,它昭示着少数民族文化的灵魂并赋予其生命力。依托教育传承少数民族文化的根本在于缄默知识的传承。当前少数民族文化教育传承的困局表现为缄默知识缺失并伴随教育过程的紊乱。少数民族文化切实传承的出路在于激活缄默知识,倡导少数民族教育传承的新思维与相应的实践模式:转变理解少数民族文化的范式,深度扎根民族生活,把握教育时机,转变教育方式等。
The existence of the tacit knowledge in the minority cultural body is objective. It declares the minority cultural soul and gives it vitality. Inheritance of minority cultures relying on education lies in the inheritance of tacit knowledge. At present,the dilemma of the minority cultural educational inheritance shows that tacit knowledge is missing and accompanying educational process is disorder. The outlet of minority cultural educational realistic inheritance lies in activating the tacit knowledge and initiating new thinking and corresponding practice mode of the minority educational inheritance,change understanding the minority cultural paradigm,deeply rooting the national life,seizing the opportunity of education,changing the educational methods etc.
