摘要
目的观察尼美舒利分散片联合盐酸氟桂利嗪治疗偏头痛临床疗效。方法选取来我院治疗偏头痛的116例患者,随机分为两组,每组58例。对照组采取盐酸氟桂利嗪治疗,观察组给予尼美舒利分散片联合盐酸氟桂利嗪治疗,两组均治疗2周,对比两组临床疗效及不良反应发生情况。结果对照组总有效率为67.2%(39/58),观察组总有效率为93.1%(54/58),两组对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),两组不良发应对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论联合应用尼美舒利分散片与盐酸氟桂利嗪治疗偏头痛可显著提高临床疗效。
Objective Observation of nimesulide dispersible tablets combined with flunarizine hydrochloride in treatment of migraine clinical curative effect. Methods 116 cases of children with migraine in our hospital were selected, random grouping, each group of 58 cases. The control group took flunarizine hydrochloride, the observation group was given combined with flunarizine in the treatment of nimesulide dispersible tablets, the two groups were treated for two weeks, and the clinical efficacy and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of control group was 67.2%（39/58）, and the total effective rate was 93.1%（54/58）, there was significant difference between the two groups（P0.05）, there was no significant difference in adverse reactions between the two groups（P0.05）. Conclusion Combined use of nimesulide dispersion tablets and flunarizine hydrochloride in the treatment of migraine can significantly improve the clinical efficacy.
