可冲散非织造材料的制备及性能研究 被引量:3

摘要 以木浆纤维、粘胶纤维和聚乙烯/聚丙烯双组分纤维( ES纤维)为原料,以木浆纤维/粘胶纤维质量比、粘胶纤维长度、ES纤维长度为因素设计正交实验方案,采用湿法成网非织造工艺,制备面密度为50~60 g/m2的可冲散非织造材料,研究了各因素对非织造材料性能的影响。结果表明:粘胶纤维越短,非织造材料越容易分散;随着木浆纤维比例的增大,非织造材料的柔软度、吸水性、湿态断裂强力都呈下降趋势,手感变差,综合性能降低;当粘胶纤维长度为4 mm、ES 纤维长度为4 mm 时,非织造材料的均匀性好、可冲散性最好;当木浆纤维质量分数为55%,粘胶纤维质量分数为40%、长度为4 mm,ES纤维质量分数为5%、长度为10 mm时,非织造材料的断裂强力最大、柔软度最好。 The orthogonal experiment was designed by using pulp fiber , viscose fiber and polyethylene/polypropylene/bicompo-nent ( ES) fiber as raw material based on pulp/viscose ratio , viscose fiber length and ES fiber length factors .The flushable non-woven material with the surface density of 50-60 g/m2 was prepared by wet-laid process .The effects of the factors on the proper-ties of nonwoven material were studied .The results showed that the shorter the viscose fiber was , the more easily the nonwoven material dispersed;the softness, water absorption and wet strength of the nonwoven material tended to decrease , the handle be-came worse and the comprehensive properties decreased as the proportion of pulp fiber was increased ;the evenness of the nonwo-ven material was good and the flushability was maximized as the pulp fiber and ES fiber were both 4 mm in length;and the non-woven material had the maximum breaking strength and the best softness as the pulp fiber accounted for 55%, the viscous fiber of 4 mm in length for 40%and ES fiber of 10 mm in length for 5%.
