摘要
目的:探讨厄贝沙坦联合常规钙拮抗剂+β阻滞剂治疗高血压性肾功能衰竭的临床疗效及对肾功能的影响。方法:以本院肾病内科收治的40例高血压性肾功能衰竭患者为研究对象,采用对比研究的方法,将其根据治疗方式不同分为对照组与观察组,对照组给予钙拮抗剂联合β阻滞剂治疗(硝苯地平缓释片10 mg,2次/d,美托洛尔25 mg,2次/d),观察组给予厄贝沙坦联合钙拮抗剂与β阻滞剂治疗(硝苯地平缓释片10 mg,2次/d,美托洛尔25 mg,2次/d;厄贝沙坦75 mg,2次/d),对比分析两组患者的临床治疗效果。结果:观察组治疗后尿常规、血压情况均明显优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗后肾功能情况明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:在常规治疗的基础上应用厄贝沙坦治疗高血压性肾功能衰竭的临床疗效显著,不仅可以降低血压,而且还可以对患者的肾功能起到保护作用,对逆转肾功能衰竭具有重要意义,值得临床推广使用。
Objective：To evaluate the clinical efficacy of Irbesartan in combination with conventional calcium antagonist and βblocker in the treatment of hypertensive renal failure and corresponding influence on renal function.Method：A total of 40 hypertensive patients with renal failure admitted by Internal Nephropathy Department of the Hospital were selected as research candidates,they were divided into the control group and the observation group with the method of comparative study according to different treatment,patients in the control group were subject to combined therapy of calcium antagonist and β blocker（Nifedipine Extended-release Tables 10 mg,twice a day,Metoprolol 25 mg,twice a day）,patients in the observation group were subject to combined therapy of Irbesartan, calcium channel blocker and β blocker（Nifedipine Extended-release Tables 10 mg,twice a day,Metoprolol 25 mg,twice a day,Irbesartan 75 mg, twice a day）,and clinical efficacies on patients intwo groups were analyzed.Result：The routine urine and blood pressure of patients in the observation group after treatment were significant better than those of patients in the control group（P〈0.05）.Renal function conditions of patients in the observation group after treatment were better than those of patients in the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Irbesartan applied to treat hypertensive renal failure on the basis of conventional treatment deliver significant clinical efficacy,this technique not only can reduce blood pressure but also can protect renal function of patients,and it is of great importance in renal failure reversion,being worthy of wide promotion and application in clinical practices.
