摘要
以Brown和Levinson的礼貌理论为基础,以会话补全法为工具,调查了在回应中男女两性最常用的策略以及年龄、对方性别和距离因素对策略选择的影响,运用卡方检验方法进行统计分析。研究发现,男女两性最常用的消极礼貌策略为话头语,使用减轻语力策略为支持话步;年龄因素对男女两性回应策略的影响不明显;被女性批评时,男性被试的回应策略略显不礼貌;当被陌生人批评时,男女两性回应策略均较为礼貌。
Based on Brown and Levinson＇s Politeness Theory, with DCT （Discourse Completion Test）, men and women＇s favorite strategies when they respond to criticism were investigated in the paper, and the ＂age＂ ,＂ gender＂ and ＂ social distance＂ influence strategy choice were examined. The research showed that both men and women prefer negative strategy as head act, and the mitigator as supporting move;Fac- tor ＂age＂ doesn＇t affect strategy obviously;When criticized by women,man＇s strategies are less polite; When criticized by strangers, both males and females tend to use more polite strategies.
