摘要 目的:采用HPLC法同步测定蛹虫草中虫草素及腺苷的含量。方法:采用SGE protecol C18(5μm,250mm×4.6mm)色谱柱,流动相为乙腈-水(5∶95,V/V),检测波长为260nm,流速1.0mL/min,进样量20μL。结果:虫草素和腺苷分别在16.875-540μg/mL、19.375-620μg/mL范围内呈线性相关,相关系数r分别为0.9998、0.9996。该方法重复性、精密度、稳定性及回收率均符合要求。结论:本法用于同步测定蛹虫草中虫草素及腺苷的含量,具有简便、准确和高效等特点。 Objective:this study has been to establish a method for synchronous determination of cordycepin and adenosine in cordyceps militaris. Method: SGE protecol C18(5μm,250mm×4.6mm)chromatographic column was used,with mixtures of acetonitrile and water as mobile phase(5∶95,V/V),the wavelength was 260 mn,the flow rate was 1.0mL/min,the injection volume was 20μL. Results:the linear range of cordycepin and adenosine is 16.875-540μg/mL,19.375-620μg/mL,respectively. The correlation coefficient r is 0.9998,0.9996 respectively. Repeatability,precision,stability and recovery are favorable. Conclusion:the established method is a simple,accurate and efficient for synchronous determination cordycepin and adenosine in cordyceps militaris.
