机车车辆与轨道电路的兼容性标准分析与探讨 被引量:3

摘要 机车车辆与轨道电路作为铁路系统的两大主要部分,其工作兼容性水平关系到运输安全及设备的维护。国际标准CLC/TS 50238-2规定了机车车辆产生的干扰电流的限值要求以及测试方法,我国仅对该标准进行了转标。然而该标准在欧洲属于待修改草稿标准,其权威性和合理性仍未得到证实,尤其是对于我国机车车辆和轨道电路兼容性测试和评判指标的适用性仍未可知,在进行转标过程中也未对适用性进行考虑。因此本文就该标准进行分析,结合某型动车组的轨道电路兼容性测试对该标准的适用性和可操作性进行论述。 As the two main parts of the railway system, the level of compatibility between Rolling stock and track circuit related to transportation safety and maintenance of equipment. International standard "CLC / TS 50238-2 provides for roiling stock produced in- terference current limit requirements and test methods, and was transferred to a GB standard. However, the standard in the European belongs to "Draft for development" standard to be modified, its authority and rationality has not been confirmed. The applicability of compatibility testing and evaluation indicators is unclear in our country, nor considered during the standard transfer process. Therefore, this article analyze the CLC standard, and discussed the applicability and operability combined with a certain EMU track circuit compatibility test.
