摘要
以桔梗多糖为模板,通过亚硒酸钠与抗坏血酸反应制备纳米硒,探讨多糖浓度,抗坏血酸和亚硒酸钠配比,反应时间,反应温度等条件对产物粒度的大小、形貌的影响,并通过光谱法,透射电镜(TEM)以及X射线衍射(XRD)等手段对产物进行表征。结果表明当多糖浓度为100 mg/L,抗坏血酸和亚硒酸钠物质的量比值为3∶1,40℃条件下反应4 h得到的纳米硒粒径最小,平均粒径约为40 nm左右。
Nano-selenium was prepared using Platycodon grandiflorum polysaccharides as template by reaction of selenious acid with ascorbicacid. The effects of reactant concentration, ascorbic acid and sodium selenite ratio, reaction time,temperature and other experimental conditions on particle size and morphology of product were studied. The products were characterized by UV-absorption, TEM and X-ray diffraction(XRD).The results showed that when the reaction system is in the water bath at 40 ℃ for 4 h with PGF mass fraction 100 mg/L and mass ratio of selenious acid to ascorbicacid 3 : 1, the redand uniform seleniumis obtained.It saverage size is about 40 nm.
