摘要
硒是生物体内必需的微量元素,具有抗氧化和抗癌活性。然而,硒的有效剂量和毒性剂量的范围极窄,限制了它的实际应用。纳米硒是一种新型硒制剂,具有低毒性和较高生物活性,但纳米硒不稳定。近年来,天然生物活性化合物被广泛应用于纳米硒的稳定和功能改善。文章对纳米硒复合物的稳定体系及活性进行介绍,对纳米硒复合物的发展与前景提出展望与建议。
Selenium is an essential trace element in the organism,and has antioxidant and anticancer activities.However,the range of effective dose and toxic dose of selenium is extremely narrow,which limits its practical application.Nano-selenium is a new type of selenium preparation with low toxicity and high biological activity,but nano-selenium is unstable.In recent years,natural bioactive compounds have been widely used in the stability and function improvement of nano-selenium.This article introduces the stable system and activity of nano-selenium composites,and puts forward prospects and suggestions on the development and prospects of nano-selenium composites.
