摘要
[目的/意义]探讨扬州大学图书馆面向人文社科类学科专业(以下简称文科专业)的学科服务实践,以期为教学科研提供有效的信息支撑。[方法/过程]分析文科专业学科服务的必要性及其主要内容,从制度建设、服务团队建设、评价体系建设3个方面介绍了文科专业的学科服务流程。[结果/结论]提出提升高校图书馆文科专业学科服务水平的5点建议,即正确定位、做好用户研究、提高学科服务能力、深化服务内容和学科服务形式多样化。
[Purpose/significance] The paper is to discuss practice of humanities and social sciences-oriented subject service in Yangzhou University Library, to provide effective information support for teaching and scientific research. [Method/process] The paper analyzes the necessity and main content of humanities and social sciences-oriented subject service, and introduces process of humanities and social sciences-oriented subject service from three aspects of system construction, service team building and evaluation system construction. [Result/conclusion]It puts forward five suggestions to enhance level of humanities and social sciences-oriented subject service in university library, including positioning properly, doing user research, improving ability of subject service, deepening service content, and diversifying forms of subject service.
