摘要
台湾海峡两岸有两所同名的"清华大学"图书馆,分别位于北京和台湾新竹。通过对两所"清华大学"图书馆在历史沿革、组织机构、管理制度、文献资源、读者服务等方面的比较发现,两者既有相同相近之处又各具特色。北京清华大学图书馆文献资源规模大、投入多,注重信息服务形式和内容的深度挖掘;新竹"清华大学"图书馆在图书馆服务范围的扩展和中华传统文化的推广方面有独到之处。两所"清华大学"图书馆可以通过开展多种形式的交流与合作共同促进海峡两岸图书馆事业的发展。
