摘要
地方高校培育办学特色是国家政策性要求也是自我发展的现实需要。以创新校地相融办学模式来培育办学特色,不仅是地方高校与地方合作方式的一次重要突破,还因为校地相融办学模式对办学特色四种属性的充分满足,使得校地相融办学模式在办学特色的培育上具有创新意义。通过开放办学体制、开放投入机制、开放人才培养、开放科研服务以及建立评估制度,地方高校能够依靠创新校地相融办学模式有效培育办学特色。
The breeding of school characteristics for local universities is not only a request of policy but also a demand of self - development. Breeding school characteristics by innovative merger between universities and locality is an important breakthrough in the cooperation between universities and locality. As this school system could fully satisfy the four attributes of school characteristics at the same time, it has innovative significance in cultivating educational characteristics. By means of opening the school - running system, inputmechanism, talentcultivation, service of the scientific research and constructing evaluation system. The local colleges could effectively cultivate the school characteristics relying on the innovative integration between universities and locality.
