摘要
校园文化建设要强化目标导向功能。价值取向的引导是校园建设的关键,行为准则的规范是校园文化建设的重点,思想意识的统一是校园文化建设的核心,学术环境的构建是校园文化建设的切入点,学习环境的优化是校园文化建设的立足点。校园文化建设的特色培育要以弘扬传统文化为根基,以张扬个性文化为特色,以实现传统文化与社会文化的互动为保障,以创新特色文化为基础。
The goal orientation in the campus culture construction should be strengthened, l he guidance of value orientation is key to campus culture construction; the regulation of students＇ behavior is its significant point; the unification of students＇ ideological thinking is its core; the construction of the academic environment is its cut-in point; and the optimization of the learning environment is the standing point. The character cultivation in the campus culture construction should be based on the traditional culture and characterized by bringing into full play people＇s potentials. This character cultivation can be guaranteed by achieving the interaction between the traditional culture and the current social culture. And the innovation of culture with special characteristics should serve as its foundation.
