摘要
广西某低品位白钨矿含铁、钨有价金属,有用矿物主要为磁铁矿和白钨矿,根据矿石性质,通过两段磨矿两段磁选选铁,获得铁品位62.07%、铁回收率71.42%的铁精矿;选铁尾矿浮选回收白钨矿,较优的选别条件为:碳酸钠2kg/t调节矿浆pH值至9.5、捕收剂GYR用量600g/t、抑制剂水玻璃用量4kg/t,通过一次粗选四次扫选五次精选中矿顺序返回的浮选闭路试验流程,最终获得WO3品位61.33%、WO3回收率69.11%的白钨精矿。
A low-grade scheelite in Guangxi contains valuable metals of iron and tungsten, which existed as magnetite and scheelite. According to the properties of the ore, an iron con- centrate with Fe grade of 62.07% and recovery of 71.42% could be obtained by two-stage grinding and two-stage mag- netic seeding. The optimum extraction condition with the scheelite floatation from iron tailings were as follows, the dosage of sodium carbonate was 2 kg/t to adjust pH value to 9.5, the dosage of collector GYR was 600 g/t, and the dos- age of inhibitor sodium silicate was 4 kg/t. Scheelite concen- trate with WO3 grade of 61.33% and WO3 recovery of 69.11% could be obtained by closed-circuit process of one- stage roughing, four-stage scavenging, five-stage cleaning, and middles back to the flowsheet in turn.
