摘要
白钨矿与含钙脉石矿物的浮选分离是选矿的难点之一。利用溶液化学的知识揭示出,矿物表面的转化使含钙矿物的化学组成、表面电性及可浮性发生变化,是导致白钨矿与萤石、方解石浮选分离困难的主要原因;总结了白钨矿浮选的常规捕收剂与抑制剂,重点介绍了白钨矿与含钙脉石矿物常温浮选分离的新型高效捕收剂和抑制剂的种类、性能及作用机理,并阐述了组合捕收剂、组合抑制剂在白钨浮选实践中的优势;指明了高效捕收剂、抑制剂今后研究的方向。
Flotation separation of scheelite from calcium gangue minerals was one of the difficulties in mineral processing industry.The perspective of solution chemistry indicated that transformation of mineral surface changed chemical composition,surface electrical and floatability of minerals,which is the main reason for difficulty in flotation separation of scheelite from fluorite and calcite.The regular flotation collectors and depressors of scheelite were summarized;the types,properties and action mechanism of new type of efficient collectors and depressors for flotation separation between scheelite and calcium gangue minerals at room temperature were introduced.Moreover,the advantage of combined collector and combined depressor in the process of flotation practice of scheelite was illustrated.It is pointed out that efficient collectors and depressors will be the research direction in the future.
