摘要
在工艺矿物学研究基础上,采用一次磨细,在NaOH碱性介质中用改性水玻璃和733进行白钨粗选,采用改进的"彼德洛夫法"进行白钨加温精选(即水玻璃+MS),精矿品位和回收率得到明显提高。原矿含WO30.418%,试验获得白钨精矿含WO367.87%,回收率85.99%,含磷0.016%。
On the basis of the ore properties of seheelite. A single flotation with fine grinding at one stage is adopted, The roughing of seheelite is carried out by using a modified sodium silicate and 733 in an alkaline (NaOH) medium. The seheelite rougher concentrate is then cleaned in warmed processing . Good results have been achieved. The test on a raw ore containing 0. 418 % of WO3 result in a seheelite concentrate with the grade of 67.87 %, and the recovery of 85.99 %.
