摘要
依据SN/T 2842—2011《纺织品中全氟辛烷磺酸和全氟辛酸的测定液相色谱-串联质谱法》规定的方法,采用索氏提取、液相色谱-串联质谱测定纺织品中全氟辛烷磺酸(PFOS)和全氟辛酸(PFOA)的含量,分析了测定过程中不确定度的来源,并对不确定度各个分类进行评定、合成,给出了测定结果的合成不确定度和扩展不确定度,通过不确定度评定保证了分析测定的有效性。
According to SN/T 2842--2011 "Determination of perfluorooctane sulfonoic acid and perfluo- rooctanoic acid in textiles Liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry method", perfluorooc-tane sulfonoic acid (PFOS) and perfluorooctanoic acid (PFOA) in textiles are determined by soxhlet ex-traction and LC-MS/MS. The source of uncertainty in the whole process of the measurement is analyzed. Each component of uncertainty is estimated and composed. The combined and expanded uncer- tainties are given. The validity of this method is evaluated with the uncertainty estimation.
