摘要
以全氟辛酸和全氟辛烷磺酸为例,介绍了液相色谱-串联质谱法(LC-MS/MS)测定纺织品中全氟辛基化合物的不确定度评定方案。分析了影响样品测定结果的不确定度分量的主要来源,定量表征了各影响因素的不确定分量,并计算得出合成标准不确定度和扩展不确定度。结果表明:置信水平为95%时,当纺织品中全氟辛酸残留量的测定结果为0.10 mg/kg,其扩展不确定度为0.02 mg/kg;当纺织品中全氟辛烷磺酸残留量的测定结果为8.4μg/m2,其扩展不确定度为1.1μg/m2。
Taking perfluorooctanoic acid and perfluorooctane sulfonoic as an erample, the evaluation of uncer- tainty of perfluorooctyl compounds in textiles is introduced by liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry(LC- MS/MS). The sources of the uncertainty components effected determination results are analyzed, and the influencing factors of uncertainty components are quantitatively characterized. Meanwhile, this paper calculated the combined standard uncertainty and expanded uncertainty. The results show that: under the confidence level of 95%, when the residue of perfluorooetanoie acid in textiles is 0.10 mg/kg, the expanded uncertainty is 0.02 mg/kg; When the residue of perfluorooctane sulfonoic acid in textiles is 8.4 μg/m2, the expanded uncertainty is 1.1 μg/m2.
