摘要
目的:研究介入化疗对晚期肺癌患者的心理状态和生活质量的影响。方法:选择2012年2月至2014年2月在三六三医院胃肠胸外科进行治疗的晚期肺癌患者84例,按照随机数字表分为对照组和观察组,对照组采用全身静脉化疗,观察组采用介入化疗。对两组患者临床疗效、心理状态、生活质量以及生存率进行分析。结果:观察组患者肺癌缓解率明显高于对照组(χ2=6.370,P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组患者SAS评分及SDS评分明显低于对照组(t=15.204,P<0.05;t=15.608,P<0.05)。观察组患者角色功能、认知功能、社会功能、躯体功能、情绪功能和整体生活质量评分均显著高于对照组(均P<0.05)。观察组24个月生存率显著高于对照组(χ2=6.643,P<0.05)。结论:介入化疗能够有效改善患者心理状态,提高患者生活质量,提高对晚期肺癌患者的临床治疗效果,具有较高的临床应用价值。
Objective To study the effect of interventional chemotherapy on mental state and quality of lifein patients with advanced lung cancer. Methods： 84 patients with advanced lung cancer patients treated inour hospital from February 2012 to February 2014 were randomly divided into the control group and the observationgroup according to the random number table. The patients in the control group were treated withintravenous chemotherapy, and those in the observation group were treated with interventional chemotherapy.The clinical curative effect, psychological state, quality of life and survival rate were analyzed. Results：The remission rate of lung cancer in the observation group was significantly higher than that of thecontrol group （ χ^2 = 6. 370, P〈0, 05）. After treatm ent , the SAS and SDS scores in the observation groupwere significantly lower than those in the control group （ r = 15. 204, P 〈0. 05 and i = 1 5. 608, P 〈0. 05respectively）. The role function, cognitive function, social function, physical function, emotional functionand overall quality of life scores of patients in the observation group were significantly higher than those inthe control group （ P 〈0. 05）. The 24-month survival rate in the observation group was significantly higherthan that of the control group （χ^2 = 6 . 643 , P 〈0. 05）. Conclusion： Interventional chemotherapy can effectivelyimprove the psychological state and the quality of life in the patients with advanced lung cancer.
