摘要
高校管理队伍的建设关乎着学生的健康成长,也关乎着高等教育的深化改革与社会的和谐发展。当前,高校管理队伍存在传统思想观念根深蒂固、能力素质与岗位需求不匹配、管理监督考核制度不完善等困境。针对高校管理队伍的建设现状,应及时采取有效对策,转变管理人员思想观念,培养服务意识,优化队伍来源,提升业务能力,健全制度规范,创新管理模式,为深化教育体制改革,培养创新人才做出贡献。
The construction of management team in universities affect the healthy growth of the students, the deepening reform of higher education and the harmonious development of the society. At present, the management team exist a number of problems, such as traditional concept deep - rooted in management team, ability and quality not matching with post requirements, imperfect system and specification of supervision or inspection, etc. According to the current situation of construction of management team in universities, we should take effective countermeasures to change ideas of management team, develop service consciousness, optimize team source, improve business ability, improve management system, innovate management mode. This will make contributions to deepen the reform of educa- tion system and cultivate innovative talents.
