摘要
中职校长领导力的水平与风格,是中职学校实现内涵发展的关键要素。以萨乔万尼的五力模型作为阅读框架,运用田野观察的方法,从技术领导力、人际领导力、教育领导力、象征领导力和文化领导力五个维度对中职校长领导力的实践进行研读,从宏观层面和个人层面剖析校长领导力形成的影响因素,认为提升中职校长领导力,需要提高教育政策的有效性和适用性、完善中职校长相关培训,同时要激发中职校长自主发展的内在动机。
The level and style of leadership of secondary vocational school principals are the key elements for secondary vocational schools to achieve connotation development. This research offers case study on secondary vocational school principals' leadership practices by the reading framework with Sergiovanni' s five-force models, and the field observation method from five perspectives of technology, interpersonal, education, symbolic and cultural leadership, and analyzes the influencing factors on formation of principals' leadership from macroscopic and individual levels. Based on that, for improving the leadership of secondary vocational school principals, it is suggested to improve educational policy' s effectiveness and applicability, perfect related training, and motivate their intrinsic motivation of independent development.
