摘要
为提升LTE网络中移动视频的用户体验,首先从分析移动视频的播放过程入手,包括用户操作过程和协议栈信令过程,提出初始播放时延的评价方法,并确定移动网络的初始播放时延优化目标。然后根据TCP/IP协议栈信令流程,给出时延和吞吐率的关系公式,提出在eRAN侧引入W-TCP代理的优化方法,最后给出该优化方法在河南电信LTE网络中的实际应用效果,证明该方法在提升视频初始接入时延的有效性。
To improve the mobile video user experience in LTE network, the paper started with analyzing play process of mobile video, including user operation procedure and protocol stack signaling procedure, and then proposed an evaluation method of video startup delay, determined the initial play latency optimization goal for mobile network. According to TCP/IP protocol stack signaling process, the relationship between latency and throughput formula was deduced. A W-TCP proxy methods deployed in e RAN equipment was proposed. Finally, this proposal was applied in live LTE network of Henan Telecom, and the results showed its effectiveness in cutting the initial play delay of the mobile video.
