With the domestic carriers to accelerate the construction of 4G network, the service suitable for 4G network are becoming more and more important.The advantages of 4G network include better transmission capacity, shorter time delay,fragmentation and multi-ple network interaction. With the development of busi-ness innovation, 4G video services will also bring some new problems for the regulators.
