摘要
基于产出—效率双维视角构建技术创新绩效评价指标体系,运用EWM-Malmquist-LWM模型对工业企业技术创新绩效进行综合评价,并利用核密度估计分析不同所有权性质的工业企业技术创新绩效演进规律。研究发现:有限责任公司、股份有限公司、私营企业和港澳台投资企业具有"高产出—高效率"的技术创新绩效;从演化规律来看,不同所有权性质的工业企业技术创新绩效水平呈"低、中、高"三个层次,并呈现"上升—下降—再上升"的逐年波动演进趋势,行业间发展不平衡,极化趋势明显。但从长期来看,总体演进趋势是工业企业间技术创新绩效水平的差距逐步缩小,趋于均衡,极化趋势将逐步改善,整个工业企业技术创新绩效水平将得到一定程度的提高。
The dual dimensional perspective of output and efficiency is based on the performance evaluation index system of technology innovation. The comprehensive evaluation of industrial enterprise＇s technological innovation performance is using EWMMalmquist-LWM model synthetically and using kernel density estimation to analyze technological innovation performance evolution rule of industrial enterprises of different ownership. The results showed that limited liability company,joint stock company,private enterprises and Hong Kong,Macao and Taiwan investment enterprises have＂high yield and high efficiency＂technological innovation performance; and from the point of view of evolution law,the level of technological innovation performance of China＇s industrial enterprises of different ownership showing three levels of＂low-medium-high＂and a＂up-down-up-again＂trend of yearly fluctuations in overall evolution. And there is still unbalanced development among industries; polarization trend is becoming increasingly prominent; but in the long run,the overall trend in the evolution among industries is that gap of technology innovation performance level is gradually narrowing,and tending to balance; the polarization trend will be improved gradually and the overall industry technological innovation performance level will be improved to some extent.
