摘要
基于我国众创空间四类统计指标的范式,遵循统计指标前后的一致性、可比较性,参照统计指标变量的分类方式,设计因子分析法中提取因子的标准。研究表明,我国地区众创空间发展水平呈现出明显异质性分布特征,表现为:分布于众创空间发展水平高低两端的东西部地区较为稳定;中部地区众创空间发展水平较为稳定的上行趋势与我国东部的福建、天津、西部的甘肃和东北的吉林、黑龙江众创空间发展水平较为稳定的下行态势并行;服务赋能因子、市场赋能因子、政策赋能因子及效益赋能因子等四因子及其协同运作程度是导致我国地区众创空间发展水平呈现“东高西低、中部突起、局地放缓”态势的主要原因。基于此,从提升地区众创空间发展水平的战略和战术层面提出了相应对策建议。
Based on the paradigm of four kinds of statistical indicators in crowd-innovation spaces,this study designed the standard of factor extraction in factor analysis according to the consistency and comparability of statistical indexes.It is found that the development level of crowd-innovation spaces in China shows an obvious heterogeneous distribution:to be specific,the eastern and the western regions distributed at both ends of the development level chart of crowd-innovation spaces are relatively stable;the upward trend of the development level of crowd-innovation spaces in China’s central region is also relatively stable,and at the same time,the development level of crowd-innovation spaces in Fujian,Tianjin in the East,Gansu in the west and Jilin and Heilongjiang in the Northeast of China keeps stable downward trend.The four factors including service empowerment,market empowerment,policy empowerment and benefit empowerment,and the degree of their cooperative operation are key to the development level of crowd-innovation spaces.This results in such a trend of China’s crowd-innovation space development as:"being high in the east and low in the west;rising in the middle;and sloping down in some areas."On this basis,the paper puts forward corresponding strategic and tactical countermeasures and suggestions for promoting the development level of regional crowd-innovation spaces.
