摘要
应用型人才培养绩效是衡量学校办学水平的重要标准.在构建应用型人才培养绩效评价体系和测量量表的基础上,基于性别、专业及就业途径视角开展毕业生就业调查,采用ANOVA单因素方差分析法,明确性别、专业及就业途径等控制变量对人才培养绩效观测变量的影响.结果表明,专业、性别和求职途径均具有方差齐性,在0.05显著性水平下,性别对人才培养绩效不具有显著影响,专业和就业途径对人才培养绩效具有显著影响,并提出要在注重教学和学生培养内部绩效的同时,充分发挥"互联网+就业"在拓宽就业渠道中的作用、打破落后的性别观念、倡导男女平等就业、优化专业结构,提升毕业生职业能力.
Applied talents training performance is an important criterion of school level. After the graduate employment surveybased on visual angle of gender, professional and employment Way, this article builds up an evaluation system and measurementscale, and clears the influence of gender, professional and employment pathways on personnel training by ANVOA method,which shows that gender dont significantly affects the applied talents^ training performance under the significant level of 0. 05 whileprofessional and employment way do. Above all, we suggest that the schools and the education departments should give full play tothe role of “Internet plus employment” in broaden employment channel, and break the backward gender concept, and advocatingequal employment for men and women, and optimize the professional structure, and enhance the graduates^ professional ability,while pay attention to the internal performance of teaching and students training.
