摘要
目的探讨四联序贯疗法治疗老年幽门螺旋杆菌相关性胃十二指肠溃疡的疗效。方法以本院收治的150例老年幽门螺旋杆菌相关性胃十二指肠溃疡患者为观察对象,随机分成两组,观察组(75例)采取四联序贯疗法,对照组(75例)采取标准三联疗法,比较两组的治疗效果。结果观察组幽门螺旋杆菌根除率85.3%,对照组幽门螺旋杆菌根除率64%,组间比较差异有统计学意义,两组治疗后症状积分明显降低,观察组总有效率92%,对照组总有效率80%,组间比较差异具统计学意义。观察组不良反应率9.3%,对照组不良反应率6.7%,组间比较无统计学意义。结论四联序贯疗法治疗老年幽门螺旋杆菌相关性胃十二指肠溃疡的疗效显著,安全性良好。
Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of quadruple sequential therapy in the treatment of helicobacter pylori associated gastric and duodenal ulcer for elderly patients.Methods 150 cases of elderly patients with Helicobacter pylori associated gastric and duodenal ulcer were regarded as the view objects.They were randomly divided into two groups.Quadruple sequential therapy was adopted by the observation group（75cases）.Standard triple therapy was taken by the control group（75 cases）.Clinical efficacy of groups was compared.Results H.pylori clearance rate of the observation group was 85.3%,and it was 64% in the control group,the difference between groups had statistical significance.The symptom score of two groups decreased significantly after treatment.Total efficiency of observation group was 92%,the control group was 80%,and the difference between groups had statistical significance.The adverse reaction rate of the observation group was 9.3%,and the control group was 6.7%,there was no statistical significance between both groups.Conclusions Quadruple sequential therapy has an obvious curative effect for helicobacter pylori associated gastric and duodenal ulcer,which also has a good safety.
