摘要
围绕某市老钢厂改造项目案例,采用调查研究,归纳分析等方法,研究旧工业建筑改造为创意产业园后存在的潜在危机,并提出3个相应的应对策略:二次改造、强化服务理念、优化运营管理机制。旨在为今后旧工业建筑改造为创意产业园的安全运营与管理提供理论指导。
Regarding the old steel mills renovation project as the cases,the potential crisis of the old industrial buildings transformed to the creative industries park is studied based on survey study and induction analysis,and three corresponding strategies are put forward：second modification,strengthening the concept of service and optimizing the operation management mechanism,which aims to provide theoretical guidance for safe operation and management of the old industrial buildings transformed into the creative industrial park.
