摘要
创伤中心患者来源多样,伤情复杂,救治时间紧迫,患者家属急迫的心理需求与医学现实判断和工作制度之间常常产生矛盾,给医患矛盾埋下了伏笔。而资源短缺、风险规避与伦理原则的冲突更让医护人员陷入了两难境地,对医护人员造成了身心伤害。本文从创伤中心的工作特点出发,从心理学和医疗实践中矛盾冲突的角度,分析了可能引起医患矛盾的原因及相应的预防办法,希望这些方法有利于构建和谐的医患关系并改善医务人员身心健康。
In this report,we focused on the characteristics of trauma center daily work,discussed the relevance of these features to the contradiction between doctors and patients,and furthermore proposed some measurements to release this kind of conflict with regard to regulations,emotional care,and communication skills.Hopefully,these measurements will make contributions to promote not only harmonious relationship between doctors and patients but also doctors' good health.
