摘要
医生干涉权，是医生的基本权利之一，没有医生干涉权的医疗，从某种意义上讲，是缺乏伦理道德的医疗。医生干涉权的延伸具有广泛的实际意义。在目前的医疗环境下，医生干涉权的弱化、甚至放弃，已产生出诸多医学及社会问题，“五滥”就是其中之一。行使医生干涉权，可能会出现种种风险，但若能正确把握，就会有效降低这种风险。
Doctor＇s fight of eingriffsrecht, is one of the basic rights. It could be said that no eingriffsrecht means incomplete medical ethics in clinical settings. An extension of this right has a wide range of practical significance. In the present medical environment, the attenuation of the right of eingriffsrecht and even lost, has produced a lot of medical and social problems, such as ＂Five Abuse＂. There will be all sorts of risks when the carrying out of the doctor＇s right of eingriffsrecht, however, they are could be reduced by a proper way.
