摘要 探讨纳米TiO_2/ZnO的制备及其对棉织物的整理效果。采用静电喷雾技术制备了平均粒径为10.3nm的TiO_2/ZnO复合光催化剂;通过轧-烘-高压汽蒸工艺将纳米TiO_2/ZnO复合光催化剂处理到棉织物上,分析了其在织物上的分散性、光催化性和防紫外线性能,并测试了织物机械性能的变化。结果表明:所制备的棉织物经紫外光照射6h后对亚甲基蓝溶液的降解率为81.5%;织物紫外线防护系数为212.2,远大于50。认为:TiO_2/ZnO复合光催化剂处理所得的棉织物具有良好的光催化活性和紫外线屏蔽特性。 The preparation of nano TiO2/ZnO and its finishing effect on cotton fabric were discussed. TiO2/ ZnO compound photocatalyst with average diameter of 10.3 nm were produced by electrostatic spraying tcchnolo gy. Nano TiO2/ZnO compound photocatalyst was finished on cotton fabric by technology of ginning drying steaming at higher temperature. The dispersibility on fabric, photocatalysis and ultraviolet proof property were analyzed. The changes of fabric mechanical property were tested. The test results show that the degradation rate to methylene blue solution of cotton fabric after 6 h ultraviolet irradiation was 81.5%. The ultraviolet protection coefficient of the fabric was 212.2,which was greatly larger than 50. It is considered that photocatalytic activity and ultraviolet shielding property of the cotton fabric finished by TiO2/ZnO compound photocatalyst were excel lent.
