摘要
以内壁负载有TiO2膜的炻器管为核心组件的光催化水处理装置深度净化自来水,在处理量为0.5m3/h的条件下,CODMn由初始的2.05mg/L先升高到19.27mg/L,最后降低为1.75mg/L。TOC由初始的1.79mg/L降低到了0.58mg/L,去除率为68%。与市售纯净水相比(TOC为0.8mg/L),自来水中的有机物可以更有效地被去除。自来水经光催化处理后,灭菌率为100%,日光照射6h无细菌光复活。经过半年时间的考察,TiO2膜的光催化活性维持在初始值的80%以上,膜层没有出现脱落和破损现象,具有良好的牢固度。
Taking the stoneware tube with TiO2 membrane on its inner wall as a core module, a photocatalytic reactor was used for the deep purification of tap water. Under the operating conditions of 0.5m^3/h treating quantity, CODMn in the effluent rose firstly to 19.27mg/L from initial 2.05mg/L, finally it lowered to 1.75mg/L, TOC lowered to 0.58mg/L from initial 1.79mg/L, removal rate being 68%. In comparison with the purified water in market, organics in the water purified can be removed more effectively. After photocatalytic treatment of tap water, the sterilization rate was 100%; after stmlight's irradiation for six h, no bacterium came back to life; through investigation for half a year, the photocatalytic activation of TiO2, membrane can keep at over 80% of the initial value, no membrane layer falling-off was discovered, having better firmness.
