摘要
随着我国劳动力市场的发展与完善,在劳动力市场定价机制、竞争机制、保障机制以及生活成本和人力资本投资等因素共同影响下,我国的劳动力价格出现了较大变化。在阐述劳动力价格变化基本情况基础上,研究了其价格变化的原因及其对就业、居民消费和对外贸易的影响,最后提出了相关对策建议。
With the development and perfection of China＇s labor market, China＇s labor price had a larger change under the impact of pricing mechanism of labor market, competition mechanism, safeguard mechanism, living cost and human capital investment. Based on the presentation of labor price variation, this article studies the reason for price variation and the impact on employment, resident consumption and foreign trade, and finally puts forward relevant countermeasure.
