摘要
劳动力价格是劳动者收入水平的基础,对劳动者就业有较大影响。如何实现劳动力价格稳定增长、促进就业一直是政府工作的重要内容。在梳理我国劳动力价格变化现状的基础上,对我国劳动力价格变化主要影响因素及其劳动力价格上涨对经济发展的影响进行了深入剖析,并提出了相关应对策略。

Based on combing China＇s labor force price changes on the current situation, this paper analyzes the reasons why the la- bor price changes, the adverse effects of labor prices rising fast, and puts forward relevant countermeasures.
