摘要
2014年宁波市汉族中小学生体质健康各项指标均随着年龄的增长而呈上升趋势,增幅随着年龄的增长而呈下降趋势。性发育年龄提前1-2岁,至17岁近视率达到70%,50米跑、耐力跑、立定跳远、坐位体前屈男、女生及格率均在35%以下。从研究结果来看,宁波市中小学生学生的身体形态、机能、素质等各项指标符合人体一般生长发育规律,其中大部分指标优于2010年的调查结果,但是肥胖率及近视率增加,身体耐力有所下降。因此应从加强组织领导、营造健康体育锻炼文化、重视体育教师业务提升、实施体质健康水平助推计划、实施营养健康干预等方面加以引导和改进。
Objective to understand the status of physical development of primary and secondary school students in Ningbo in 2014, to provide a reliable basis for improving the physical condition of primary and middle school students in Ningbo city. Methods using the methods of physical fitness monitoring, literature research and mathematical statistics. Results in 2014, the indexes of physical health of primary and middle school students of Han nationality in Ningbo showed an upward trend with the increase of the age, and the growth rate showed a decreasing trend with the increase of the age. Developmental age 1-2 years ahead, to 17 years old of myopia rate reached 70%, 50 meter running, endurance running, standing long jump, body anteflexion boys and girls pass rate were less than 35%. Conclusion primary and middle school students in Ningbo students body shape, function and quality indexes accord with human body general rules of growth and development, which most of the indicators are better than 2010 survey results, but obesity rate and myopia rate increase, physical endurance declined. Recommended to guide and improvement from the aspects of strengthening the organization and leadership, and create a healthy sports culture, pay attention to physical education teachers＇ professional promotion, implementation of physical health, nutrition and health plans to boost the implementation of intervention.
