摘要
用新型碱脲溶剂溶解纤维素,通过不同方法与聚乙烯醇(PVA)复合,制备得到纤维素/PVA复合膜。通过固体~1H NMR和^(13)C CP/MAS核磁共振技术对纤维素/PVA复合膜的结构进行表征,结果表明PVA对纤维素的结构几乎无影响,PVA与纤维素间的氢键作用使得纤维素/PVA复合膜稳定存在。力学性能测试结果表明,复合膜具有良好的力学性能。通过溶血实验对复合膜的血液相容性进行了表征,在所有的纤维素/PVA复合膜中,通过冷冻-解冻方法得到的纤维素/PVA复合膜的综合性能最好。
After using alkali/urea solvent to dissolve cellulose, cellulose/PVA composite films was obtained by various methods. The structure of cellulose/PVA films were characterized by solid state nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) including 1H NMR and 13C cross polarization/magnetic angle spinning (CP/ MAS) NMR. Results show that PVA has no effect on the structure of cellulose and the stability of cellulose/ PVA composite film was attributed to the hydrogen bond interaction between cellulose and PVA. Cellulose/ PVA composite films show good mechanical properties and good blood compatibility. Among all the cellulose/ PVA composite films, the films prepared by freeze-thaw method show the best properties.
