摘要
研究了热处理工艺对GH4720Li合金微观组织演化的影响。结果表明:GH4720Li合金在1160℃以下固溶处理时,晶粒缓慢长大,硬度先升高再下降;合金在1160℃及以上温度固溶处理时,晶粒快速长大,硬度单调下降。合金在650-760℃时效处理时,硬度持续升高;合金在850-1050℃时效处理时,硬度先升高再下降;随着时效处理时间的增加,γ'相的尺寸增大,并出现"方形化"的趋势。
The influence of heat treatment processes on microstructure evolution of GH4720 Li alloy was investigated.The results indicate that,when the solution temperature is bellow 1160 ℃,the grain of GH4720 Li alloy grows slowly,the hardness of the alloy first increases and then decreases; when the solution temperature is or over 1160 ℃,the grain of the alloy grows quickly,the hardness decreases continuously.When the alloy samples are aged at 650 ℃ and 760 ℃,the hardness of the samples increases continuously.When the alloy samples are aged at range of 850 ℃ to 1050 ℃,the hardness of the samples first increases and then decreases.With the ageing treatment time increasing,the size of the γ' phase increases,the figure of the γ' phase appears the quadrate trend.
