乙醇催化脱水制乙烯催化剂的制备与性能评价 被引量:4

摘要 采用混捏法制备乙醇脱水制乙烯EDE-104催化剂,并引入活性金属氧化物E对催化剂进行改性,通过正交实验得到较优的工艺条件:反应温度360℃,液体空速0.5 h-1,原料乙醇质量分数60%,并在此条件下进行了1 000 h的寿命实验。结果表明,乙醇催化脱水制乙烯催化剂中引入活性金属氧化物E,提高了乙烯选择性,增强了催化剂的稳定性,乙烯选择性>97.5%,乙醇单程转化率>97.5%,乙烯收率>96%。 The catalyst for ethanol dehydration to ethylene was prepared by the kneading method and was modified by the addition of active metal oxide E to improve the selectivity to ethylene and the stability of the catalyst. The optimal process condition was obtained by orthogonal experiments as follows : reaction temperature 360℃ ,liquid space velocity 0.5 h^-1 ,and ethanol mass fraction 60%. The life span test for 1 000 h was carried out under the condition. The results indicated that the selectivity to ethylene and the stability of the catalyst were enhanced by adding active metal E to the catalyst, and the selectivity to ethyl- ene ,per pass conversion of ethanol,and ethanol yield were 〉97.5%, 〉97.5% and 〉96% ,respectively.
