摘要
合成了负载型杂多酸催化剂-磷钼酸/5A分子筛,并用红外光谱对其进行了分析。探讨了杂多酸浸渍浓度,浸渍时间,焙烧温度及焙烧时间对乙醇脱水制乙烯收率的影响,实验表明:杂多酸浸渍浓度0.002moL.L-1,浸渍回流时间24h,焙烧温度400℃,焙烧时间4h,催化剂活性最高,乙烯收率可达98.9%以上。
Supported heteropoly acid catalyst - HPMo/molecular sieve type 5A was prepared and characterized by IR spectrum. The factors affecting of preparation of catalyst were studied in order to obtain high yield of ethylene. Results indicated that maceration concentration is 0.002moL·L^-1, maceration time 24h, roast temperature is 400℃ , roast time 4h,the catalytic performance was better the others and yield of ethylene was 98.9%.
